In the first semi final West Kirby Park beat Eswa Arriva by 87 to 73 shots with Gladstone being the other semi final winners in defeating Kendal by 68 to 63. In the final West Kirby Park
managed to overcome Gladstone and ran out winners by 88 to 73 shots.
Both semi finals and the final were played at the changed venue of Cammell Laird Sports and Social Club, the move was made necessary due to drainage problems at the scheduled venue of Albany Bowl Club.

Bebington League goes to three divisions this season
After a meeting of the contest committee on Thursday 20th
December 2007 at Cammell Laird Sports Club it was agreed to reduce the
number of divisions in the league next year from four to three.
A number of reasons were discussed for making the
decision, but it was mainly due to the 'C' division last season only
having nine clubs, resulting in teams playing just 16 league games last
season.
Many comments were made during the season by members of teams playing in
the 'C' division, mostly requesting more games. It was thought the best way of
addressing this situation was to consolidate the four divisions back to
three with 14 teams in each, resulting in all teams in all divisions
playing 26 league games next season.
